Lịch visa tháng 10/2012, diện F4, đang gửi thư mời phỏng vấn cho những hồ sơ có PD trước 15/03/2001. Hồ sơ nhà bạn (22/12/2002) chưa tới lượt.
Theo tình hình lịch visa hiện nay, thật sự rất khó dự đoán. Bạn cố gắng vào diễn đàn theo dõi lịch visa hàng tháng và tham khảo thêm kinh nghiệm. Khi nào tới lượt, NVC sẽ thông báo mở hồ sơ đến email của bạn.

Đây không phải là ngày chấp thuận hồ sơ .đây là ngày nộp hồ sơ .(ngày ưu tiên) .Hồ sơ bạn có case number hcm2005751152 .tạm tính ngày chấp thuận vào khoãng tháng 08 hoặc tháng 09/2005.
phải có ngày chấp thuận chính xác thì mới tính tuổi CSPA được .
bạn sn 01/12/1993 nên khã năng được xuất cảnh cùng gia đình .

vậy cho em hỏi hồi mấy tháng trước em có gửi 1 e-mail cho NVC bằng yahoomail mà không nhận được thư trả lời từ NVC ( em đã đợi khoảng 3 tháng rồi ạ) bạn em nói gửi bằng yahoomail khó nhận thư trả lời lắm với lại hiện giờ cái yahoomail của em cũng đang kết nối với facebook nên nó hiện thông báo tùm lum hết. The Visa Bulletin provides a list of cut-off dates that are used to ensure the number of immigrant visas issued each year does not exceed the legal limit established in the INA. Cut-off dates are categorized by foreign state of chargeability and preference category. Only a petition with a priority date that is earlier than the cut-off date is eligible for a visa and consular processing. Please note this petition's priority date, foreign state of chargeability, and preference category can be found at the end of this correspondence.
The NVC may begin processing this petition prior to a visa number becoming available per the current edition of the Visa Bulletin. This allows ample time for the petitioner and applicant(s) to obtain and submit all required fees, forms, and documents. This petition, however, will not be eligible for an immigrant visa interview until its priority date is earlier than the cut-off date established in the current edition of the Visa Bulletin
