chào anh chị ạ, hồ sơ của em đã đóng tiền visa và nộp tất cả các giấy tờ cần thiết cho NVC rồi ạ, em có gửi mail hỏi NVC về việc hồ sơ đã complete chưa và nhận được mail trả lờ cách đây 2 tuần như sau:
Dear Sir/Madam:
The documents you submitted will soon be reviewed. NVC will let you know if we need additional information or are able to schedule your case for an interview.
If you need to correct or re-submit a document, we will send you an email letting you know you have a detailed message in your CEAC account. Return to https://ceac.state.gov/iv and click on the "View Messages" button to the right to read feedback and instructions from NVC. You should also refer to the Civil Document tab or Affidavit of Support Documents and Financial Evidence tab to review any documents that are missing or need to be deleted and re-submitted.
You can also check the status of the items you submitted and your case in general in your CEAC account.

If your visa petition is currently processing at the National Visa Center, do not let more than one year pass without contacting NVC. If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact (by telephone, mail, or e-mail) with NVC, all submitted fees and documents expire. NVC received all the requested documentation for this immigrant visa case. The application is now in the queue awaiting an interview appointment overseas, where a consular officer will adjudicate the applicant's visa application.
The U.S. Embassy/Consulate tells us what dates they are holding interviews, and NVC fills these appointments as the cases become documentarily qualified. NVC schedules appointments one month in advance, but we cannot predict when an interview appointment will be available.
When an appointment is available, we will notify the applicant, petitioner, and attorney (if applicable).
The applicant should not make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the embassy has issued a visa.
