Hiện tại diện visa F4 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 15/09/2004, và mở hồ sơ đến trước ngày 08/03/2005. Hồ sơ này có ngày ưu tiên 07/02/2005. Vậy hồ sơ gia đình bạn đã nhận được thông báo mở từ NVC xong chưa? Nếu chưa thì post thông tin lên đây cho tôi biết. Tôi sẽ tư vấn, hướng dẫn cho bạn cách liên hệ với NVC, để hỏi hồ sơ sắp được mở chưa?

Em vào trang https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/contact/ask-nvc.html nhưng hiện Page Not Found. Không biết còn trang nào khác để hỏi NVC không ạ

Cut-off dates are categorized by foreign state of chargeability and preference category. Only a petition with a priority date that is earlier than the cut-off date is eligible for a visa and consular processing. Please note this petition's priority date, foreign state of chargeability, and preference category can be found at the end of this correspondence.
The NVC may begin processing this petition prior to a visa number becoming available per the current edition of the Visa Bulletin. This allows ample time for the petitioner and applicant(s) to obtain and submit all required fees, forms, and documents. This petition, however, will not be eligible for an immigrant visa interview until its priority date is earlier than the cut-off date established in the current edition of the Visa Bulletin

Muốn có SSN nhanh thì bạn nhờ người thân chở ra sở An Sinh hỏi, nhớ mang theo US Visa nhé (Là trang giấy dán vào VN Passport). Tầm 1 đến 2 tuần là có.
Thẻ xanh chính thức sẽ được mail về sau đó trong vòng vài tháng đến 1 năm.
Thẻ xanh tạm là cái mộc Oval do hải quan Mỹ đóng vào trang Visa trong quyển VN passport, thẻ xanh tạm có giá trị 1 năm.
Trên thẻ xanh này có số A#.
Thẻ xanh chính thức sẽ được mail về sau đó trong vòng vài tháng đến 1 năm.
