Trường hợp này của bạn đã quá tuổi CSPA vào ngày này rồi, nên không được xuất cảnh cùng gia đình, do thời gian chờ đợi chấp thuận Approval Date hồ sơ khi ở USCIS quá nhanh chưa đầy 1 năm, nên không có lợi trong việc tính tuổi CSPA của bạn. Sau này khi Ba Mẹ bạn xuất cảnh định cư sang Mỹ có Thẻ xanh là Thường trú nhân, thì sau đó sẽ làm hồ sơ bảo lãnh cho bạn theo diện visa F2B (con độc thân trên 21 tuổi của Thường trú nhân).

The NVC may begin processing this petition prior to a visa number becoming available per the current edition of the Visa Bulletin.
