Cho mình hỏi mẫu đơn I- 797 và số WAC như thế nào ?
Cho mình hỏi theo mình được biết là hồ sơ bảo lảnh được chấp thuận thì USCIS sẽ gửi cho người bảo lãnh ” thông báo chấp thuận bảo lãnh, mẫu đơn I- 797” . Trong mẫu đơn I- 797 sẽ có số WAC, vậy chị mình bảo lãnh mình và đã nhận được thông báo mẫu đơn I- 797 có số WAC 0913110076 phải là đã được chấp thuận bảo lãnh tại sao vẫn chưa được chấp thuận ?
Hồ sơ bảo lãnh khi được USCIS chấp thuận thì ngày chờ đợi được tính từ lúc USCIS chấp thuận cho đến 11 năm sau mới được gọi phỏng vấn, vậy thời gian trước khi USCIS chấp thuận có được tính vào 11 năm chờ đợi ko ?

Only a petition with a priority date that is earlier than the cut-off date is eligible for a visa and consular processing. Please note this petition's priority date, foreign state of chargeability, and preference category can be found at the end of this correspondence.
The NVC may begin processing this petition prior to a visa number becoming available per the current edition of the Visa Bulletin. This allows ample time for the petitioner and applicant (s) to obtain and submit all required fees, forms, and documents. - Mình nhận được thư này có phải hồ sơ của mình đã được chấp thuận không? Nếu tổng thống Obama ký đạo luật di cư mới mình có bị ảnh hưởng không?
- Bước tiếp theo mình có cần làm gì nữa hay không? Hay chỉ chờ đợi gọi phỏng vấn

4) Bạn thay đổi tình trạnh k ảnh hưởng đến quá trình bảo lãnh. Vợ và con bạn sẽ là đương đơn phụ. Bạn là đương đon chính đang xin visa.

Muốn nhận được sự tư vấn tiếp tục từ BĐH, thì bạn cần phải cung cấp thêm thông tin hồ sơ của mình. Rồi sẽ được giúp.

Chào các anh chị trên diễn đàn. Mình được chị bão lãnh đã 11 năm lúc chị bão lãnh khai tại địa chỉ A sau đó mình chuyển qua địa chỉ B . Nhưng mình vẫn đang ở địa chỉ A chĩ có thay đỗi Hộ Khẩu và CMND thành địa chỉ B . Tức là người thì ở địa chỉ A còn hộ khẩu và cmnd ở địa chỉ B . Vậy mình có nên liên hệ với NVC khai báo về việc thay đổi địa chỉ của mình hay không . Mặc khác mình cũng có liên hệ với NVC về tình trạng hồ sơ của mình bằng email nên NVC cũng có địa chỉ email của mình .
