Ngày 20/01/2012, Sở Nhập tịch và Di trú Hoa Kỳ USCIS có nhận đơn Form I-130 của bạn, số biên nhận WAC1290163405. Hồ sơ đang ở giai đoạn xem xét ban đầu chưa được chấp thuận Approval Date, cũng như bạn không cần bổ sung thêm gì cả, mà cố gắng chờ thêm thời gian nữa.

Hồ sơ của bạn vẫn chưa được xem xét chấp thuận Approval Date, và hiện tại vẫn còn ở USCIS chưa chuyển qua NVC, mà bạn lại liên hệ với nơi này, thì làm sao họ có thông tin hồ sơ và cơ sở để trả lời cho bạn được chứ?

Hồ sơ gia đình bạn hiện tại vẫn còn ở USCIS, và cũng vẫn những thông tin cũ đang ở giai đoạn xem xét ban đầu chưa được chấp thuận Approval Date. Vì thế bạn gửi email cho NVC cũng không có thông tin hồ sơ để trả lời cho bạn, hơn nữa tại thời điểm này đang có dịch COVID-19 nên các hồ sơ đang tạm thời ngưng giải quyết.
