Non-Residents: Vietnamese citizens living overseas may request the "Justice Record Check" through
the Vietnamese Embassy in their current country of residence. They may also request the "Justice Record
Check" in person at their last place of residence in Vietnam, as reflected in their household registry.
Foreigners: Foreigners who reside or resided in Vietnam should contact the Vietnamese Department of
Immigration in the district in which they currently reside and/or formerly resided to request the "Justice

Theo kinh nghiệm của tôi, sau khi hồ sơ nộp bổ sung cho NVC, khoảng 7-10 ngày là NVC nhận được giấy tờ bổ sung và họ sẽ cập nhật vào hệ thống phone của họ ngay sau đó. Những trường hợp các bạn đợi quá lâu, các bạn nên hỏi lại người đại diện đi nhé.
Nhiều hồ sơ bị checklist sau khi bổ sung đầy đủ thì sau 15-20 ngày nếu không có gì NVC sẽ thông báo hoàn tất, và hệ thống phone sẽ được cập nhật ngay sau đó.
