Hôm bữa em có viết mail hỏi lãnh sự quán về việc chưa nhận được thư hướng dẫn phỏng vấn thì được trả lời như sau:

We have sent you an Instruction Letter by postal mail. Please find the Instruction Letter attached.
If you would like to change your mailing address, you may submit an inquiry through our website with your current address at: http://hochiminh.usconsulate.gov/contact/ivinquiries.html.
You will now need to complete the online DS-160 (https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/) and submit the confirmation page, two visa photos and a copy of the passport to us as soon as possible. Once you have submitted the DS-160 online form, you may also go to: www.ustraveldocs.com/vn to begin the process of scheduling the interview appointment.
Your case may be terminated if you fails to comply with the follow-up instruction package for visa applicants within one year from today.

Vậy em nên làm gì tiếp theo ạ. Em có nên điền DS-160 không.
Vì địa chỉ của em để tạm trú ở HCM nhưng trong email lại để địa chỉ ở quê rất khó tìm. Em sợ LSQ đã gửi mà em không nhận được.
