Các anh chị giúp dùm em , em có 1 người bác cùng được bão lãnh và hồ sơ cùng gửi đi 1 lượt vào tháng 03/2001 nhưng đến giờ vẫn chưa nhận được case number hay thư từ gì của NVC . Mong các anh chị tìm giúp dùm thông tin của hồ sơ này .

Hồ sơ của em có số Case Number : HCM2009548007 và PD : 07/03/2001 . Theo em biết thì lịch visa của tháng 8 này đã đến ngày 01/06/2001 nhưng giờ này gia đình em vẫn chưa nhận được thông báo gì từ NVC mong các ACE giúp dùm xem tình trạng hiện tại của hồ sơ này . Cám ơn rất nhiều !!
Hồ sơ của em có số Case Number : HCM2009548007 và PD : 07/03/2001 . Theo em biết thì lịch visa của tháng 8 này đã đến ngày 01/06/2001 nhưng giờ này gia đình em vẫn chưa nhận được thông báo gì từ NVC mong các ACE giúp dùm xem tình trạng hiện tại của hồ sơ này . Cám ơn rất nhiều !!

Chào bạn Lê Minh Toàn. Tôi chỉ cô đọng những ý chính trong email của NVC gởi cho bạn:
1. Đây là email thông báo hồ sơ xin bảo lãnh đã được mở. NVC xác nhận lại địa chỉ người được bảo lãnh (đương đơn chính). Nếu có thay đổi địa chỉ phải thông báo cho NVC biết đế cập nhật và NVC cũng khuyến cáo nên liên lạc với NVC qua email cho nhanh.
2. Thư nhắc đóng tiền lệ phí đơn xin bảo trợ tài chính I-864 của người bảo lãnh (Affidavit of Support (AOS) Processing Fee Bill Invoice). Cái này người bảo lãnh đóng và NVC khuyến cáo nên đóng online và có hướng dẫn cụ thể trong thư.
3. Form chọn người trung gian CHOICE OF ADDRESS AND AGENT. Form này do người được bảo lãnh điền và ký tên, chọn người trung gian cho tiến trình hồ sơ sắp tới (thông thường nên chọn người bảo lãnh).
