Case number HCM 2010610095 vừa bổ sung xong ngày 30/6/2010, giờ lại bị thiếu tiếp(vừa gửi thư báo ngày 14/7), em có điều này không hiểu mong anh chị giải thích giùm em nha. Đó là việc missing lần trước là thiếu giấy tờ của anh em.Nhưng lần này thì lại là em bị thiếu:20:, em thật sư không hiểu tại sao nếu giấy tờ của 2 anh em em đều bi thiếu thi NVC phải báo là thiếu cả 2 chứ, đằng này cách 3 tuần lại bắt bổ sung, em cảm thấy rất buồn với cách làm việc như vậy. Anh chị nào biết giải thích giùm em nha.

interview, or refusal of a visa.
In addition to sending the original documents or certified copies of the documents to the NVC, a
photocopy of the original documents must be submitted.

records have been destroyed or the appropriate government authority will not issue one, you should
obtain a certified statement from the appropriate government authority stating the reason your record is
