Để biết thông tin về tình trạng hồ sơ và trao đổi trực tiếp với điện thoại viên, người gọi phải cung cấp
A số hồ sơ HCM hoặc số biên nhận của CIS qua bàn phím điện thoại.
B HỌ TÊN NGÀY THÁNG NĂM SINH CUẢ NBL , NDBL.
NVC chỉ có thông tin về các hồ sơ bão lãnh đã nhận từ Sở Di trú Hoa Kỳ. Nếu hệ thống thông tin tự động không nhận ra số hồ sơ hoặc số biên nhận của CIS mà người gọi cung cấp, đa số trường hợp là vì NVC chưa nhận được hồ sơ bảo lãnh này.

Dạ tks a nhìu,e hỏi nhưng em mù tịt ak,hs do luật sư làm vs mẹ chồng lo e chỉ biết đã đóng tiền visa đóng luôn lần 450$ mà vì chồng em chưa làm bảo trợ tài chính tháng 12 này mới khai thuế nộp bổ sung pd là 4/3/2014 vậy nếu cuối năm nộp bảo trợ tài chính thì hs của bao lâu có thư pv ace có thể cho e tham khảo hok..hôm qa mẹ có lên ls hỏi thì ngta nói chờ khai thuế r nộp vào tới tháng 1/2016 là có thư vậy chắc hok e cảm ơn nhìu ạ.

Các ace diễn đàn có thể xem dùm em hồ sơ này không, vì giao cho Luật sư làm nên em không biết gì hết trễ bảo trợ tài chính nên mới khai thuế bổ sung hôm tháng 1. Mà em gửi mail hỏi Case mấy tháng trời giờ mới nhận được và biết số Case vậy ace xem dùm hồ sơ em complete chưa ạ. Em thanks nhiều, khi nào thì em mới có thư phỏng vấn hic.

NVC schedules appointments one month in advance. The U.S. Embassy or Consulate General tells us what dates they are holding interviews, and NVC fills these appointments in a first-in, first-out manner. Most appointments are set within 60 days of NVC receipt of all requested documentation. However, we cannot predict when an interview appointment will be available.
When we are able to schedule an appointment, we will notify the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable). The applicant can prepare now by reading about the embassy’s interview requirements online at http://nvc.state.gov/interview. Thank you for your patience.
The embassy may require additional documents at the interview. In particular, if the following three items are all true, the applicant must bring a new police certificate to the visa interview:
• He or she is more than 16 years old;
• The police certificate submitted to NVC was obtained more than one year ago; and
• He or she still lives in the country that issued the certificate.
The applicant should not make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the embassy has issued a visa.
