Xin được hỏi bạn nha, bạn nói bộ hồ sơ gửi qua Mỹ là bộ civil document à. Nếu là bộ này, bạn chỉ cần nộp cho NVC các giấy tờ sau:
Mỗi người phải nộp, gồm:
- DS 230: điền thông tin bằng tiếng Anh, ký part 1, part 2 không ký;
- Lý lịch tư pháp: bản chính, bắt buộc đó;
- Bản sao khai sinh: không cần công chứng / sao y bản chính
- Bản photo passport: không cần công chứng / sao y bản chính, chú ý còn hiệu lực ít nhất tám tháng sau ngày cấp thị thực;
- 2 ảnh màu 5x5: ghi số HCM, tên , ngày sinh sau lưng tấm hình;
Ngoài ra, cần thêm: nếu đương đơn chính đã có gia đình thì phải có Giấy đăng ký kết hôn (Bản sao không cần công chứng / sao y bản chính).
Theo hướng dẫn của NVC thì chúng ta nộp 2 bộ, gồm 1 bộ chính như trình bày trên và 1 bộ photo, bộ photo này không cần có hình.

Cách điền đơn ds-3032 của Light wind khác với Thành,trong phần tôi không chọn người trung gian,trong mục street address thì bên Light wind chỉ dẫn ghi địa chỉ người được bảo lãnh,còn bên Thành chỉ dẫn ghi bằng hình ảnh là họ tên người được bảo lảnh.vậy cách ghi nào là đúng?xin trợ giúp,cảm ơn.

Tạm hiểu như sau: NVC đã nhận được mẫu bảo trợ tài chính I-864 và vẫn đang chờ DS230 và các giấy tờ các nhân của người được bảo lãnh và xin chú ý: DS230 và các giấy tờ cá nhân phải được gửi trong cùng một gói, nếu gửi riêng lẻ, hồ sơ dễ bị chậm trể . :100:
Có thể do gia đình không gửi cùng một lần với người bảo lãnh nên NVC chưa nhận được hồ sơ của người bên VN.
