The NVC has received the Agent of Choice selection. The Immigrant Visa Application (DS 230) processing fee bill will be sent to the designated agent on the case. The fee must be paid according to the instructions before the instruction packet will be sent.
According to our records, your Affidavit of Support Processing Fee payment was made on-line through the Department of State's website: www.ImmigrantVisas.State.Gov, Fee Collection. You must now download and complete the appropriate Affidavit of Support form and submit it to the NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing.

Bạn đã gủi mẫu chỉ định người đại diện cho NVC, trong khi gửi thì NBL nhanh chóng hoàn tất I-864. Sau khi NVC nhận đc I-864 và biết đc người đại diện thì NVC sẽ tiếp tục kêu đóng Visa 404$/người. Khi đóng xong thì NVC kêu nộp giấy tờ dân sự, đơn xin visa(Ds-230) kèm Document cover sheet(404$) cho NVC.
Ds-230 chính là đon xin Visa đó bạn.
Bạn đã gủi mẫu chỉ định người đại diện cho NVC, trong khi gửi thì NBL nhanh chóng hoàn tất I-864. Sau khi NVC nhận đc I-864 và biết đc người đại diện thì NVC sẽ tiếp tục kêu đóng Visa 404$/người. Không thể check hồ sơ của bạn để biết được còn thiếu những gì đâu nhé, nếu bạn muốn biết thì bạn hãy gửi email trực tiếp cho NVC theo mẫu thư sau: http://xuatnhapcanh.com/forum/showthread.php?t=5057
Làm theo hướng dẫn và ghi thông tin chính xác vào email gửi cho NVC, sau khi gửi chỉ việc ngồi chờ khoảng 15 ngày sẽ có hồi đáp.
