em mến chào anh chị ! tiếng anh của em bị hạn chế ko biết là em có nghe lầm hay ko hồ sơ em đã complete ngày 28/8. nhưng em mới bổ túc hồ sơ và NVC báo là đã nhận được ngày 8/9 sao lại complete ngày 28/8 nếu đúng là vậy em mong các anh chị dành cho em ít time check lại dùm em case xem là có phải em bị nhầm chăng? em cảm ơn anh chị nhiều . chúc anh chị vui khoẻ

Sau khi nhận được thơ mời phỏng vấn, bạn nên chích ngừa trước vì khi khám sức khoẻ họ sẽ đòi giấy chích ngừa. Nên đi khám vào buổi chiều sẽ nhanh hơn. Hồ sơ chích ngừa gồm 1 bản copy thơ mời phỏng vấn, sổ khám sức khoẻ của con bạn nếu dưới 15 tuổi. Đầu tiên, bạn nộp hồ sơ vào ô cửa số 1, chờ gọi tên, bác sĩ ở ô cửa số 2 sẽ xem xét hồ sơ và cho bạn biết cần phải chích ngừa loại gì. Chi phí thông thường cho người lớn là 200.000 đồng, trẻ em nếu đã chích đủ chỉ đóng 40.000 đồng, nếu thiếu loại nào thì chích thêm, giá tiền cùng tùy thuộc vào loại thuốc chích. Khi nghe gọi tên ở ô cửa số 3, bạn sẽ đóng tiền và cầm hồ sơ vào phòng chích ngừa ở phía bên phải. Thông thường bạn sẽ được chích 2 mũi vào hai tay, sau đó ra ngoài ngồi đợi khoảng 15 phút sẽ được gọi tên nhận giấy chích ngừa màu vàng (mỗi thành viên 1 bản). Nếu bạn có con nhỏ thì đây là 1 trong những giấy tờ quan trọng không thể thiếu để làm thủ tục nhập học cho con bạn tại Mỹ.
Đây là quá trình khám tại IOM
Đầu tiên bạn mang theo thơ mời đến đăng ký khám sức khoẻ, trên phiếu đăng ký sẽ yêu cầu ghi họ tên, năm sinh, số hộ chiếu của từng người trong gia đình.
Khám sức khoẻ xong ,bạn ra trước cửa ngồi chờ, nếu bạn được phát cho 1 tờ giấy hẹn mà không yêu cầu gì thêm thì coi như bạn đã khám sức khoẻ thành công. Nếu là người lớn sẽ có kết quả vào chiều ngày hôm sau.
Riêng gia đình có trẻ em sẽ phải quay dẫn em bé trở lại phòng khám sau 48 tiếng (theo giấy hẹn) để kiểm tra kết quả thử lao tố và ngày hôm sau cả gia đình bạn sẽ được nhận kết quả vào lúc 16 giờ. Bạn sẽ được nhận lại các giấy chích ngừa và mỗi thành viên sẽ được nhận 1 phong bì có niêm phong với lời dặn là không được mở ra.
Như vậy là hoàn tất việc chích ngừa và khám sức khoẻ.:41::41::41:
