Hiện tại diện visa F1 đang xem xét đến trước ngày 01/10/2007, hồ sơ bạn có ngày ưu tiên 24/02/2008. Theo dự đoán khoảng còn 4 tháng nữa sẽ đến được xem xét giải quyết, và cũng còn tùy thuộc vào diễn biến lịch visa hàng tháng tăng nhanh hay chậm nữa. Khi lịch vượt qua ngày đáo hạn ưu tiên, NVC sẽ thông báo và tiến hành mở hồ sơ cho bạn.

Hồ sơ Mình thuộc diện f1,vì mình muốn đi Mỹ sớm nên khi cưới vợ 2năm trước mình không đăng ký kết hôn và hiện tại mình cũng có bé.vậy cho mình hỏi ngay từ bây giờ mình có thể làm những gì để khi mình định cư ơ Mỹ thì được bảo lãnh vợ con nhanh nhất. Cám ơn ACE diễn đàn rất nhiều.

Khi bạn sang Mỹ có thẻ xanh là Thường trú nhân, thì bạn có thể trở về VN đăng ký kết hôn với vợ. Sau đó nộp hồ sơ bảo lãnh cho vợ và con bạn, theo diện visa F2A (vợ/chồng, con dưới 21 tuổi của Thường trú nhân).
Thời gian chờ đợi của diện visa F2A này, trung bình khoảng từ 2,5 - 3 năm.
P/s: Lần sau bạn cần hỏi bài ngay topic của mình, không được mở thêm topic mới nữa. Để BĐH theo dõi tiến trình hồ sơ một cách liên tục, và tư vấn giúp bạn.
Thời gian chờ đợi của diện visa F2A này, trung bình khoảng từ 2,5 - 3 năm.
