Cho em hỏi nếu mình gửi DS 230 cùng với giấy khai sang cùng các giấy tờ khác đã dịch qua tiếng Anh gửi qua bên người bảo lãnh để nộp cho NVC mà thiếu tờ Lý lịch tư pháp được ko ạ?
Tại gia đình em ko bik nên chưa có làm. Bây giờ làm thì người ta hẹn 21 ngày nữa mới được lấy trong khi bên phía chị em thì đang hối thúc gửi qua vì NVC mới gửi thư kêu nộp DS-230 cùng với Civil documents.
Như vậy mình nộp các giấy tờ khác cùng DS-230 trước rồi nộp Lý lịch tư pháp khi đi phỏng vấn được ko?

Em muốn gọi phone hỏi tình hình HS bảo lãnh của ba mẹ em, mà tiếng anh của em thì ko được tốt lắm. Còn gửi mail lên NVC hỏi (dù làm theo đúng từng buớc XNC hướng dẫn) thì cứ nhận lại mail như vậy nè

Đó là email trã lời tự động của NVC. Bạn chờ 1-2 tuần sau thì mới có thư trã lời chính thức của NVC.DS230 bạn download về điền rồi gởi qua Mỷ để gom tất cả HS rồi gởi chung 1 lần cho tiện. DS230 ký tên phần 1, phần 2 sẽ ký tên trong lúc PV.(trước khi PV, NVC sẽ chuyễn tất cã những giấy tờ mà mình nộp cho NVC để hoàn tất HS về cho LSQ). Nhưng có cái vấn đề là hôm trước lúc ba mẹ em đi phỏng vấn, nhân viên lãnh sự có nói là về đóng phí an ninh $165 online. Cả nhà em tìm hiểu mãi mà vẫn ko biết đóng cái phí đó ở đâu bây giờ.

Còn một vần đề nữa là ba mẹ em tính mua vé bên IOM vì nghe nói IOM có dịch vụ giúp đỡ, hướng dẫn người đi lần đầu. Ko biết chi phí có mắc lắm ko? Ai biết chia sẽ dùm em nha

Thắc mắc bảo lãnh con trên 21 tuổi
Xin chào XNC, Tôi có 1 vài thắc mắc về bảo lãnh di trú cho con gái tôi. Tôi được con gái của tôi sống bên Mĩ bảo lãnh qua đây cùng vợ tôi cách đây 2 tháng, chúng tôi đã có thẻ xanh.
Chúng tôi còn 1 đứa con gái sống tại VN đã 21 tuổi, DOB của cháu là 24/06/1992. Bây giờ chúng tôi muốn bảo lãnh cháu qua đây. Tôi có đọc thông tin và được biết là có thể viết đơn cho NVC để xin bảo lãnh con trên 21 tuổi được đi sớm, có đúng ko? Vậy cách viết đơn như thế nào?
