Cho mình hỏi thêm là bây giờ NVC yêu cầu phải điền đơn DS-260 thay cho DS-230( sau khi đóng 230$ PAID), vậy mình có gửi những giấy tờ như passport, khai sinh , hôn thú, lý lịch tư pháp sớ 2... qua cho người bảo lãnh bên Mỹ giống như ds-230 trước kia không? Mong ACE giúp đỡ. thanks!

Civil documents em đã gửi qua Mỹ và ông xã em đã nộp được 1 tuần rồi , và bên bộ phận chuyển thư củng đã mail thông báo là đã gửi đến NVC , nhưng em không hiểu tại sao NVC lại kêu em bổ sung Civl documents nữa!. Mong anh hướng dẫn giúp em, bây giờ em phải làm sao. E rất lo lắng.

KHI GỞI HỒ SƠ CHO NVC ,
1 BỘ BẢO TRỢ TÀI CHÍNH I-864 ĐỂ RIÊNG MỘT PHONG BÌ .
2 CÁC HỒ SƠ DÂN SỰ CIVIL DOCUMENTS ĐƯNG RIÊNG MỘT PHONG BÌ.
Cả 2 phong bì này , đều ghi rõ bên ngoài , cái nào đựng i-864, cái nào đựng civil documents .
và bỏ cả 2 phong bì nhỏ này vào 1 phong bì lớn để gởi cho NVC .
NVC có riêng từng bộ phận để xử lý từng loại hồ sơ giấy tờ khác nhau .
Có thể là do các hồ sơ dân sự của gia đình bạn không đến đúng bộ phận xử lý các loại hồ sơ này , nên NVC mới gởi email cho bạn .
Bạn nói chồng bạn điện thoại nói chuyện trực tiếp với NVC về việc này .
