Nếu bạn làm bất cứ cái gì sai thì USCIS sẽ gửi giấy báo bổ sung cho bạn. Bạn nên làm 1 chuyện duy nhất là kiên nhẫn và chờ. Tuy bạn là diện F2A nhưng từ lúc nộp hồ sơ cho tới lúc bạn đi nhanh nhất cũng phải gần 2 năm nhé - ko có chuyện nửa năm đâu. Bạn mới nộp hồ sơ dc 2 tháng thôi.

Theo mình check số biên nhận của bạn EAC1290753490 là vào ngày 03/09/2013 CIS có gởi giấy tờ cho người bảo lãnh, nếu trong vòng 30 ngày bạn không nhận được giấy tờ thì bạn nên gọi điện thoại 1-800-375-5283. Vì thế mà bạn liên lạc bên NVC thì họ chưa có nhận I-130 approval được, nếu bạn chắc chắn là hồ sơ của bạn đang ở tại NVC thì bạn scan I-130 approval gởi cho NVC, theo mình đoán có lẽ hồ sơ của bạn vẫn còn nằm ở CIS.

Mình vừa đọc lướt qua vài bài post cũ của bạn.Thấy bạn gửi mail không đúng yêu cầu của NVC từ lần này đến lần khác,bạn chỉ gửi 1 nội dung yêu cầu đuợc biết số Case Number.Mà bạn không gửi 1 đoạn copy hay scan hình ảnh chứng minh bạn đã được approved cho NVC biết.
Phần subject: bạn phải điền mã số EAC...của bạn(gửi đến địa chỉ này! nvcresearch@state.gov.)
Họ yêu cầu bạn trước khi liên lạc mail để hỏi về hs,bạn phải chắc chắn rằng hs của bạn đã được USCIS chuyển đến NVC rồi.Nếu không bạn hãy liên lạc với USCIS trước. Hơn nữa,sau khi đã chuyển về NVC hơn 8 tuần,bạn mới có thể hỏi thăm về hs của mình!Nếu bạn hỏi thăm nhiều hs thì phải gửi mail riêng cho từng trường hợp.Đại khái chỉ có vậy!
Theo mình,nếu bạn chắc chắn đã đc approve,hãy gửi bản scan đó cho NVC,họ sẽ giải quyết thôi!

Hơn nữa,sau khi đã chuyển về NVC hơn 8 tuần,bạn mới có thể hỏi thăm về hs của mình!Nếu bạn hỏi thăm nhiều hs thì phải gửi mail riêng cho từng trường hợp.Đại khái chỉ có vậy!
Theo mình,nếu bạn chắc chắn đã đc approve,hãy gửi bản scan đó cho NVC,họ sẽ giải quyết thôi!

Ngày 3/9/2013 họ gửi 1 thông báo đến NBL. Trong vòng 30 ngày nếu k nhận đc thì gọi 1-800-375-5283.
P/s: Hồ sơ bạn chưa đc chấp thuận cho việc bảo lãnh nữa.
Khi đc chấp thuận, sở di trú sẽ gửi thông báo chấp thuận/approval I-797 đến NBL bên Mỹ. Lúc đó check Receipt Number EAC1290753490 là biết àh.
Đồng thời sở di trú Mỹ sẽ chuyển hồ sơ qua trung tâm visa Mỹ NVC để giải quyết visa cho NĐBL. Khi NVC nhận đc hồ sơ thì mới kí hiệu Case number HCM20xxxxxxxx.
Hồ sơ bạn chưa đc chấp thuận sao mà đi hỏi case number đc. Bởi vậy NVC mới yêu câu bạn scan I-797 Approval.
Khi hồ sơ ở Sở di trú USCIS, họ k liên lạc bằng email, họ chỉ liên lạc bằng mẫu I-797/I-797C với NBL hoặc người đc ủy quyền thui.
USCIS có thể đang xem xét hồ sơ có đủ điều kiện để đc bảo lãnh k.
Điều kiện có thể là:- Chứng minh NBL và NĐBL là thân nhân thật sự, -NĐBL k gây hại cho nước Mỹ.

Mình chưa hiểu lắm, nếu mình nộp cho vợ mình F2A có priority date là 15/10/2014 chẳng hạn sau đó 1 năm con mình sinh ra thì mình nộp tiếp hồ sơ như vậy con mình phải đi sau không được đi cùng?
Có cách nào để cho cháu đi cùng không ạ?
