Termination of Your Case
If you do not log into CEAC or contact NVC within 12 months regarding this immigrant visa case, YOUR CASE COULD BE TERMINATED. If your case is terminated, you will be unable to apply for an immigrant visa, and all documents and fees on your case will e xpire.
