Bạn cứ căn đúng thời gian 45-60 ngày như Ban điều hành tư vấn ở trên, nếu đã chờ qua ngày thời gian nêu trên, mà chưa có nhận email trả lời của NVC, thì gửi lại email lần thứ hai cho NVC.
Những chi tiết Bạn gửi cho NVC, nếu đầy đủ, chính xác, thì sau đó NVC sẽ gửi cho bạn một email thông báo hồ sơ của bạn đã hoàn tất complete. Sau đó NVC sẽ chuyển hồ sơ của bạn về LSQ Hoa Kỳ tại TP.HCM. Và chỉ còn đợi lịch visa diện F3 hàng tháng đăng trên diễn đàn, vượt qua ngày đáo hạn ưu tiên 17/03/2005 của hồ sơ, thì lúc đó Bạn có đủ điều kiện để được xếp lịch phỏng vấn. Dự đoán ít là từ 4-5 tháng nữa, bạn mới có giấy hẹn phỏng vấn.
