Chào bạn steven, chắc bạn xem trong lịch Visa Bulletin tháng 8 phải không? Diện F4 có ngày 1/6/2001, nghĩa là các hồ sơ có PD trước ngày 1/6/2001 và đã complete khoảng 6 - 8 tuần thì có khả năng được NVC lên lịch phỏng vấn và gởi thư mời đó bạn. Từ lúc hồ sơ được mở đến lúc complete (hoàn tất) có thể mất vài tháng. Hồ sơ của bạn chắc cũng sắp được mở rồi. Chúc bạn vui.

Tháng 9/ 2010 lịch visa F4 cho các hồ sơ PD 15/ 10/ 2001. Nhưng nếu những hồ sơ có PD sớm hơn so với lịch visa, được complete trễ vẫn bị gọi phỏng vấn trễ . Nếu cuối tháng vưà rồi hoặc đầu tháng 8/ 2010 vẫn chưa nhận được thư mời PV, hy vọng cuối tháng 8 or đầu tháng 9 sẽ nhận được.

Bạn vào đây, đã có người chia sẻ cho XNC rằng diện F4 đã mở tới 3/2001 rồi. Tuy nhiên ở một vài nguồn khác, diện F4 đã mở tới tháng 4/2001. Vài người khác cũng tháng 3,4/2001 nhưng vẫn chưa được mở.
Hi vọng hồ sơ của bạn cũng sẽ sớm được mở.

Regardless of the beneficiary's choice, the beneficiary must notify us of his/her choice before we may continue processing this file. In the event that the beneficiary is under the age of sixteen, it is acceptable to have the beneficiary's parent or guardian sign the form.
A packet containing the Affidavit of Support (I-864) Processing Fee Invoice has been sent to the petitioner or attorney of record. The payment due amount listed on the invoice must be paid according to the instructions.
You must visit the Department of State's website: www.ImmigrantVisas.State.Gov, Fee Collection, to pay the required processing fees on-line. You will need your case number and invoice ID number to properly pay your fee.
Payers who are unable to pay online must follow the alternate payment instructions. Go to the above website and click the "Fee Collection" link, then the "Alternative Payment Method" link, and follow the directions displayed.
Once the payment is received and processed, you will be given instructions on how to download the instruction packets and the appropriate forms on-line. The instruction packets and forms will not be sent to you by the NVC if your payment is made on-line. You will need to mail the appropriate forms to the NVC in order to complete your immigrant visa processing. Please follow the instructions provided to you by the website.
If a period of one year passes from the last date of contact with the NVC (by email, telephone or mail), all submitted fees and documents will expire. In that case, your fees will need to be repaid and documents will need to be resubmitted in order to continue the immigration process.
