Bạn sinh ngày 26/04/1991, dự đoán ngày đáo hạn trễ nhất là 29/12/2018. Trường hợp này đủ tuổi CSPA được xuất cảnh cùng gia đình. Nếu có tên trong giấy gọi đóng tiền visa thì thôi, nếu mà không có tên, thì gia đình bạn phải tiến hành khiếu nại tuổi CSPA cho bạn.

Cut-off dates are categorized by foreign state of chargeability and preference category. Only a petition with a priority date that is earlier than the cut-off date is eligible for a visa and consular processing. Please note this petition's priority date, foreign state of chargeability, and preference category can be found at the end of this correspondence.
The NVC may begin processing this petition prior to a visa number becoming available per the current edition of the Visa Bulletin. Dạ em có vấn đề này mong các anh chị diễn đàn tư vấn giúp. Hiện tại hồ sơ gia đình em đã được mở, người được bảo lãnh là mẹ em và những người có tên trong hộ khẩu sẽ được xuất cảnh cùng gia đình và những người con không bị quá tuổi CSPA. Nhưng trong hộ khẩu HỌ của em khác với người cha hiện tại, vì lúc trước mẹ em đã có một đời chồng và không đăng kí kết hôn. Vậy cho em hỏi có thể vì lí do này mà em ko được xuất cảnh cùng gia đình ko. Và em không biết là mình có tên trong giấy báo đóng tiền visa không nữa. Mong các anh chị diễn đàn tư vấn giúp ạ.
