Hôm nay, chồng em nói đã điện thoại cho NVC và họ trả lời đang xem xét về VISA cho con gái, NVC nói đã nhận được các ứng dụng VISA và các tài liệu của chồng em gửi, họ xem xét và đã xác định tất cả các tài liệu của em là chính xác . Họ nói, nếu như chồng em không nhận được email của NVC trong 30 ngày thì chồng em sẽ gọi điện thoại lại. Chúc Anh và các Anh , chị(ACE) trong diễn đàn được nhiều sức khỏe và đầu tuần làm việc vui vẻ nhé.

Anh có khỏe không? chồng em đã nhận được giấy đóng tiền 230$ cho con gái, nhưng sao 3 ngày rồi chồng em vào internet không in ra được giấy gì đó để kẹp với DS-230 để nộp cho NVC, chồng em có gọi hỏi NVC thì họ nói hệ thống máy tính đang bị lỗi. Anh và các Anh, Chị nào có trường hợp giống em không? Trước đó. chồng em cũng in ra được để nộp DS-230 cho em được 1 tháng rồi. Nhưng sao hôm nay lại không được.
Qua thời gian vc em làm giấy tờ và cũng học hỏi các Anh, chị, trường hợp của em là NVC gửi email DS-3032 cho chồng em và anh ấy đã làm xong cho em và con gái, hôm nay em nhận được thư của NVC gửi qua đường bưu điện về nhà là DS-3032. Như vậy nếu các Anh, Chị đang trên đường làm giấy tờ nói người bảo lãnh hãy theo dõi thường xuyên email thì thời gian giấy tờ sớm hơn, nếu đợi NVC gửi qua đường bưu điện về nhà thì sẽ chậm hơn 2 tháng so với email. Theo luật DI TRÚ HOA KỲ , NVC chỉ trã lời thông tin hồ sơ cho NBL , NĐBL , VÀ LUẬT SƯ đại diện hồ sơ , nếu có .
Tùy trường hợp yêu cầu thông tin về hồ sơ của mình , bạn phải gởi thư cho NVC để hỏi .Kiểm tra lịch phỏng vấn của mình bằng cách này .
Khi có thư trã lời từ NVC , sẽ biết được cụ thể trường hợp hồ sơ của mình .

Khi gởi email cho NVC
1 HỌ/CHỮ LÓT/TÊN được viết theo kiểu MỶ TÊN/CHỮ LÓT /HỌ .(tên có 3 chữ )
Tên có 4 chữ của bạn NGUYỂN THỊ NGỌC HƯƠNG thì viết NGUYEN , NGOC HUONG THI .giữa họ và tên kép có dấu phết .
2 NGÀY /THÁNG /NĂM SANH thì ghi THÁNG /NGÀY /NĂM .

Hôm nay, chồng em nói đã in được giấy tờ cho con gái sẽ kèm theo DS-230 và nộp cho NVC. E rất vui mừng, chồng em đã nộp DS-230 cho em được 1 tháng rồi, vậy thì khoảng thời gian nào em nhận được thư mời PV ạ. Trước đây, chồng em có email cho NVC yêu cầu cho 2 mẹ con được pv cùng 1 lúc. Theo như mình kham khảo ở điễn đàn thì hồ sơ phải " hoàn tất " Rồi chờ từ 4 đến 8 tuần.....[nhưng có thể nhanh hơn, hoặc chậm hơn] do số lượng hồ sơ nhiều hay ít ở (NVC) thì mới có thư phỏng vấn.

Ông xã, bảo lãnh mình và con gái riêng của mình. Hồ sơ mình mới hoàn tất hôm 11/07, mình cũng đang mong tới ngày nhận thư phỏng vấn. vậy chúng ta cùng nhau chờ đời nha!

Thành viên trong diễn đàn có thể post thông tin về hồ sơ cuả mình như Receipt Number, case number và các thông tin về checklist tất cả những thông tin này không ảnh huởng gì đến hồ sơ cuả thành viên cả.

Về bảo mật Tuyệt đối không post trực tiếp thông tin cá nhân như:

1/ Tên họ, ngày tháng năm sinh của nguời bảo lãnh và nguời đuợc bảo lãnh.

2/ Số ID Invoice trong giấy đóng tiền

Đầu tuần xin chúc Anh, Chị có 1 tuần làm việc vui vẻ, và hạnh phúc.
1/Em muốn hỏi Anh là em có cần gửi email cho LSQHK tại TPHCM rằng em muốn con gái có cùng ngày PV với em không? Và hiện nay NVC đã biết 2 hồ sơ này là Mẹ Con, và NVC nói với OX em là mức lương của chồng em đủ để bảo lãnh cho gd và đồng ý xếp lịch PV, như vậy HS của em đã được compllet rồi phải ko ạ?
2/OX sẽ gửi cho em I-864, giấy khai sinh, giấy ly hôn, và bản sao mức lương hiện tại của tháng 7/2013, và nơi làm việc. vậy thì OX em có cần chứng thực những giấy tờ này hay không? Mặc dù OX em đã gửi toàn bộ giấy tờ này cho NVC rồi, nhưng để yên tâm OX gửi thêm cho em để đem đi lúc PV.
