Hiện nay hs nhà Cuti đang ở giai đoạn Civil
Documents and Affidavit of Support Documents & Financial Evidence.
Riêng DS261 đã điền xong,Fee 325$,120$ đã đóng xong,Ds-260 cũng đã điền xong và đã gởi các giấy tờ LLtp,khai sinh,passport,giấy khai sinh giấy thuế của người bảo lãnh ... NVC đã nhận tất cả từ hồi 30/04/2015 và trong email họ nói là đợi 45 ngày để họ xem xét đến hôm nay là 07/07/15 thì nhận được mail bên dưới, cũng hơi khó hiểu không biết là họ yêu cầu cái gì vì tất cả giấy tờ gởi từ VN đều là tiếng Việt, các giấy tờ bên Mỹ do người bảo lãnh gởi đều bằng tiếng Anh, sao họ lại nói mình nộp giấy tờ không đúng ngôn ngữ English hay Spanish nhỉ? Anh chị em nào có kinh nghiệm vụ này chỉ giúp Cuti với. Chân thành cảm ơn.
