1 - IMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION PART 1:
All traveling immigrant visa applicants on your case are required to complete and submit the DS-260Online Immigrant Visa Application. Chỉ có nhiêu đó thôi bạn, tại tháng 2 là ba mẹ mình được đóng tiền rồi điền DS-260 rồi, còn mình thì do quá tuổi nên phải khiếu nại xong người ta chấp nhận rồi thi mới kêu mình đóng tiền visa rồi điền DS-260, mà được gần 45 ngày rồi mà chưa thấy gì hết.

mà Anh đã post lên diễn đàn, có nội dung NVC đã nhận và đã xem giấy tờ Anh gửi tới NVC. Và NVC có chỉ ra danh sách giấy tờ bị lỗi hoặc thiếu. Trong đó có chi tiết, là
* Kẹp theo mã vạch, bare code sheet, trên đầu các trang giấy, cho từng loại giấy tờ hồ sơ.

*Ghi rõ ràng số Case Number HCM........ Trên góc trên bên phải cho từng loại giấy tờ hồ sơ.
Do đó, ngoài yêu cầu điên đơn trực tuyến DS-260 ra, thì phải có giấy tờ bị checlist (bổ sung) thì NVC mới ghi cái này chớ Anh? Có giấy tờ thì mới kẹp mã vạch và ghi HCM được chứ Anh?
Anh xem lại kỹ nhé….?

Một khi hồ sơ đã hoàn thành, trường hợp nếu Anh đủ điều kiện khiếu nại CSPA, thì hai tuần trước ngày phỏng vấn, Anh mới vào Lãnh sự quán Hoa Kỳ để khiếu nại CSPA. Ở đây, hồ sơ của Anh chưa thông báo email hoàn thành, nghĩa là hồ sơ vẫn còn ở NVC, và nếu Anh đủ điều kiện khiếu nại CSPA và hồ sơ gia đình đã qua ngày ưu tiên theo lịch visa thì Anh liên hệ NVC để NVC giải quyết việc khiếu nại CSPA. Do đó, Anh phải rà soát lại thật kỹ, xem hồ sơ đã bị NVC yêu cầu bổ sung cái gì để làm cho đầy đủ thì hồ sơ mới hoàn thành.

3. “We reviewed the documents you submitted to us”, câu văn tiếng Anh này đã bao hàm ý nghĩa, là, Anh đã nộp toàn bộ giấy tờ của Anh cho NVC, và câu văn này có nghĩa là “This letter has a list of documents that are missing orthat need additional information. Please review the instructions on the attached pages”, là NVC có chỉ ra danh sách giấy tờ bị lỗi hoặc thiếu.

Việc Anh post lên diễn đàn đầy đủ các giấy tờ, sẽ giúp cho các thành viên và Ban điều hành theo dõi hồ sơ một cách rõ ràng và đầy đủ.
Hồ sơ của Anh như sau:

Dựa vào HCM2010533216 cứ tạm cho hồ sơ Anh được NVC mở vào năm 2010, và đối chiếu ngày PD 23/9/2004 và ngày sinh 18/9/1993, như vậy trường hợp khiếu nại CSPA của là Anh được đi qua Hoa Kỳ cùng với gia đình. Nên mới có việc “chú em khiếu nại bên đó rồi đóng tiền 325$ cho em xong” là đúng với trình tự như Anh viết.
Như thế, khi đóng tiền 325$ xong, thì NVC kêu Anh điền đơn online DS-260 là như vậy. Vì thế, giờ Anh theo đường link này:

Rất cẩn thận, và theo dõi sát sao các bước của hồ sơ mình, giúp Ban điều hành biết hồ sơ qua hình ảnh post lên diễn đàn.
Anh xem phần phí visa đã đóng chưa, và đã điền DS–260 chưa? Chữ PAID nghĩa là đóng.

Dựa vào ngày PD là 23/9/2004 và lịch visa F3: F3 01.12.2004, nghĩa là đã qua ngày ưu tiên của Anh, và dựa vào “We reviewed the documents you submitted to us”, câu văn tiếng Anh này đã bao hàm ý nghĩa, là, Anh đã nộp toàn bộ giấy tờ của Anh cho NVC, và như thế, nếu trường hợp Anh đã làm đầy đủ và chính xác các yêu cầu NVC ở trên, đã điền DS-260, đã đóng tiền cho Anh, đã khiếu nại CSPA lúc hồ sơ chưa hoàn thành, thì Anh đợi NVC gửi email thông báo hồ sơ hoàn thành và sẽ sớm có thư mời phỏng vấn. To process your case, you must first pay any required fees. Then, each applicant accompanying the principal applicant to the United States will need to complete the online IV Application (form DS-260). NVC schedules appointments one month in advance. The U.S. Embassy tells us what dates they are holding interviews, and NVC fills these appointments as they become documentarily qualified. Most appointments are set within three months of NVC’s receipt of all requested documentation. However, before applicants in a numerically limited (preference) visa category can receive an appointment, their priority date also be current. This can delay receipt of an appointment. You can track your priority date using the Visa Bulletin on travel.state.gov.

• He or she still lives in the country that issued the certificate.
